Returns & Exchanges
I stand by my products 100%. However, due to the nature of these items and the risk of contamination, I cannot offer refunds or returns of any kind.
Damaged Items: If your product arrives damaged, it will be replaced free of charge.
Notification: I must be notified within 24 hours of delivery. Please send a photo of the damage via email or text. After 24 hours, I can no longer issue a replacement or credit.
Sustainability: I gladly accept clean glass bottles with the labels removed for recycling/reuse.
Consultations & Scope of Practice
Earthly Remedies (Erin Ethier, Community Herbalist) does not treat or diagnose disease.
Guidance: I do not provide herbal, medical, or health advice via email, phone, or text.
Consultations: I offer formal herbal consultations in person or via doxy.me or Zoom. My goal is to use herbs and nutrition to help you become an advocate for your own wellness and discover which plants are right for you.
Location: We are located in Schoharie County, NY. The Farm Store is open by appointment only.
