Order Accuracy & Delivery

  • Address Changes: I am not responsible for incorrect addresses provided at checkout. While I will attempt to update an address if you reach out, I cannot guarantee changes once the order is processed.

  • Lost or Stolen Packages: Earthly Remedies is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once a delivery has been confirmed by the carrier. You will need to contact the post office.

Returns & Damages

I stand by my products 100%. However, due to the nature of these items and the risk of contamination, I cannot offer refunds or returns of any kind.

  • Damaged Items: If a product arrives damaged, it will be replaced free of charge.

  • Reporting Window: I must be notified via email or text within 24 hours of delivery. Please include a photo of the damage.

  • Policy Limit: After 24 hours, I am unable to issue a replacement or refund. Thank you for understanding.
