This class is about perimenopause and menopause. Mainly about herbal options, what has worked for some folks and what hasn’t worked. We talk about symptoms and our herbal allies and what to use during this transition. We briefly mention HRT and finding a good doctor. But the majority of the class is based around herbal options especially for those who can’t take HRT or those who don’t want to.
