Come and learn about what herbs and supplements options there are. We will talk about symptoms and management using herbs. We will talk about a little bit about HRT but majority of class will be focused on herbs.

We will be able to have the opportunity to speak freely with no judgement sharing what you are doing or questions you may have. Menopause is such a big thing in our lives. We need all the support we can get.

I will have some herbs available for sale and will let you know where you can buy what I don’t carry. You will leave with handouts and some maca powder. We will learn about hair oiling especially lovely for those experiencing hair-loss and hair breakage. Class will cost $35 and I will have enough room for 20 people. You need to prepay and preregister.

I am going to include zoom for this class for those that live far away or if you just don’t want to leave your house that day. You will get the handouts emailed to you and then the zoom link. If you have any questions please reach out. Please be patient with me as I am not experienced using zoom. If the weather ends up being bad or your get sick and you have registered to come in person you are more than welcome to switch and do class via zoom. You can also sign up last minute if you find your are home!
