These Organic buckwheat wraps are great for sore muscles and headaches, you can use them as ice packs for children.  You can use them as heat packs to take to bed with you during the winter. You can leave them in the freezer or place them in the microwave for 1-2 minutes at a time or you can also put them in the oven. These have no scent to them. Can be used for nursing mamma's when they become engorged.
